I consent to sharing my story with Save7 to publish on their website and social media channels in order to raise awareness about organ donation. I agree to allow the team of Save7 to contact me regarding the sharing of my testimony and experiences surrounding the topic of organ donation.

Time Capsule Users

I agree to Save7 sending my information to the Organ Donor Foundation (ODF) to formally register. Save7 will not share my sensitive personal data with any other third-parties. Save7 reserves the right to contact me should any problems with my submission arise.
