Voluntary Registration: You are registering as an organ donor of your own free will.
No Fees: Registering as an organ donor is entirely free of charge.
Data Storage and Usage: Your personal information will be securely stored in Save7’s database and used solely to promote organ donor awareness and facilitate the organ donation process.
Next of Kin Notification: You agree to inform your next of kin about your decision to register as an organ donor.
Minors: If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that your parent(s) or guardian(s) are aware of and consent to your registration as an organ donor.
Medical Access to Information: You consent to medical professionals accessing your personal information and that of your next of kin, if necessary, to facilitate your intention to be an organ donor.
By making a financial donation to Save7, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Donation Types: You may choose to make a one-time donation or set up recurring monthly contributions to support Save7’s initiatives.
Section 18A Receipts: Upon request, Save7 will provide a Section 18A receipt for your donation, enabling you to claim tax deductions in accordance with South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations.
Use of Funds: Your donation will be utilized as per to further Save7’s mission, including maintaining the registration platform, conducting awareness campaigns, and supporting organ donation initiatives.
Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy: Your personal and financial information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Communication: You may receive updates and communications from Save7 regarding the impact of your contributions and ongoing initiatives. You can opt out of communications at any time.
