Mentorship

Our support groups are led by previous patients, providing a relatable mentor who has been through the process to provide tips, guidance and counselling from first hand experience on dialysis.

Helping educate patients on the details of their conditions and how best they take care of their bodies to manage the disease. Empowering them to be active participants in their own treatment.
